Sveti Jovan, better known to the micronational community as "Jovanovo", is a territory in Montenegro and former Crown Dependency of the Empire of Austenasia (2017–2019). Although nobody officially controls the territory, according to Austenasian authorities, Græcia claims to govern it as the Borough of Sveti Jovan, which belongs to the New Yugoslavia Voivodeship. On 18 October 2024, we established the borough and on 23 October 2024, we initiated a dispute with Austenasia, which is presented by them on MicroWiki as a "hoax", over who exactly controls the territory. They claim that the people living there are unaware of this unilateral claim and as a result, there is no Græcian power over said area. Our philosophy and vision state otherwise: no micronation claims this territory and therefore it is "up for grabs" – any micronation can claim it. As a result, and for the remainder of this dispute, this banner will dominate the homepage of Græcia's website.
