Τὸ κυβερνητικὸν γραφείον τύπου τῆς Γραικίας ἀνακοινοῖ ἀκόμη μίαν καταδίκην τῆς Αἰκατερίνης Σακελλαροπούλου, τῆς «προέδρου τῆς δημοκρατίας» τῆς Ἑλλάδος.
Θυμίζομεν ὅτι ἡ Γραικία οὐκ ἀναγνωρίζει ταύτην τὴν ἰδιότηταν, καθώς διὰ τὸ ἡμέτερον μικροέθνος, ὁ μόνος νόμιμος ἡγέτης τοῦ Ἑλληνικοῦ ἔθνους ὁ Βασιλεύς τῶν Ἑλλήνων ἐστί, τουτέστιν ὁ Κωνσταντίνος Β΄ Γλύξμπουργκ.
Σήμερον ταύτη ἡ γυνή ἐπισκέφθηκε ἕν δημοτικόν σχολείον, τὸ ϛ΄ Πολίχνης. Ἔνθα εἶπεν: «Το αρκουδάκι Winnie the Pooh έχει όνομα και αρσενικό και θηλυκό. Και αυτό είναι που έχει προκαλέσει μεγάλη προσοχή. Δεν ήθελαν να δώσουν όνομα ούτε αρσενικό ούτε θηλυκό και έδωσαν και τα δύο. Ήταν πολύ νωρίς αυτά όταν γράφτηκαν σε σχέση με το σημείο.»
Ἡ θρασυτάτη γυνή εἶπεν, ἄρα, ὅτι ἡ ἄρκτος οὐκ ἐστίν ἄρρην, οὐ θήλεια, ἀλλὰ ταυτοχρόνως τὸ μὲν καὶ τὸ δὲ. Τὰ παιδία, ἔχοντα ἡλικίαν ἄωρον, οὐ δύνανται κατανοεῖν τὰ τῆς γυναικός λεγόμενα. Διὰ τί ἡ Σακελλαροπούλου διασπείρει τὴν τῶν διεφθαρμένων προπαγάνδαν; Ἡ διάκρισις τῶν ΔΥΟ φύλων (ἀνδρῶν τὲ καὶ γυναικῶν) τῇ κοινωνίᾳ βασική ἀρχή ἐστίν. Οὐδείς τηρεῖ τὸ τῆς διχογνωμίας δικαίωμα. Οὐδείς! Οὔτε ὁ μή ἔχων δικαιώματα, μήτε ἡ «πρόεδρος τῆς δημοκρατίας».
Πολλάκις ἐφήρμοσεν τακτικὰς τῆς ἀριστερῆς πτέρυγος, ὅμως πλέον φαίνεται ὅτι ἔχει ξεπεράσει τὰ ὅρια. Ὥς ἐδώ! Ἡ Γραικία ΔΕΝ ἀνέχεται τὴν φιλελευθέρα προπαγάνδα.
ΠΑΤΡΙΣ - ΘΡΗΣΚΕΙΑ - ΟΙΚΟΓΕΝΕΙΑ

Together we will be analysing the summary of each page, as this will serve as TBC's response on this ridiculous waste of resources.
Starting from the report's preface, it is clear we are dealing with a biased point of view: two individuals, a man and a woman, probably child of immigrants, both in different cities of Germany, self-proclaimed "external experts" of some "Radicalisation Awareness Network" that is clearly linked to the Union (since their logo includes the flag).
Now, this - it's a red flag; anything "radical" is automatically translated as "progressive", "good", "positive", "peaceful" etc. The minds of the citizens, especially the youth, are always seeking for something "root breaking"; in this case, "bashing" on-line trolls.
The first page of this ludicrous rant states a rather unusual couple of sentences, in lieu of a rather short title: "It's not funny anymore. Far-right extremists' use of humour". We are clearly dealing with butthurt people who can't handle the internet. The first sentence, therefore, is the sign of two desperate attention-seekers, trying to signal their virtue through the E.C. As for the second one, this is why we are dealing with a passive-aggressive, narrow-minded (although they try to pursue you otherwise) NPCs: they are refering to the use of certain memes (which is the main source of internet humour) by "far-right extremists", which we all know applies on everyone, according to them.
Hopping on the third page of this excrement of a paper, there is a legal notice that briefly states that this is the view of the authors and the Commission is not responsible for consequences; bull.
Starting from the fourth page, the sixth word is "weapon". Now, a normal person would stop reading at this point - but sadly we have to continue, in order to issue our statement. And then, the classic story about "racism", "strategic on-line cultures" (indirect quote). After that, they comment on trending nihilistic memes for no apparent reason, mentioning "far-right narratives" [brief pause for irony] and a "new generation of violent extremists [...] from digital subcultures without a clear organisational centre...". In other words, in order to "fight far-right extremism", "prevention strategies need to renew focus and cope with the intangible nature of online cultures". (direct quote). Key-word here is cope.
Their introduction mentions a tactic of "preventing and countering violent extremism" (LOL) with humour (LOL). They also clearly state their focus is not on "skinheads" (direct quote), but on Identitarians - a rather modern ideological movement, especially across Europe.
The next segment is a "primer", explaining terminology regarding "far-right extremism" and other terms used in the paper. What stands out is a direct quote, taken out-of-context: "The most potent weapons known to mankind are satire and ridicule". Then they start talking about a (((Saul Alinsky))) and a book he wrote in 1971 - clear sign of an incoherent paper.
Following this - chaos; KKK, Nazis, Pegida... and then something about how humour has an appeal on emotions, cognition, and communication. After that, a new segment emerges, summarising the supposed link between "far-right extremism" and "online culture".
And then, the famous page seven - the one showing a Wojak, a Doge, and a Pepe.
Their first "point" is on how a melancholic meme turned into a depiction of "liberal" (direct quote) NPCs, who are not questioning what's being served by mainstream media. So, in their mind, whoever criticises bootlickers is automatically far-right winger.
Moving on to "point" two, they get irritated by the fact that Doge is being used in combination with German WWII garments - again, an argument without a target. Why on earth would you get mad about a picture showing a yellow dog saying something you disagree with?
Last, but not least, they are saying Pepe the Frog has been "appropriated" (LOL) by "far-right on-line activists" (direct quote). They finish their nonsensical rant by calling it the "icon of the alt-right". Yes. And?
The page ends with a blah-blah-blah on memes and "digital hate culture".
Moving on, we are dealing with what they call "digital hate culture", as well as the "varieties of humour in the far-right ecosystem" - which is clearly a sad attempt to emphasise on the use of memes by people who generally align themselves within the far-right spectrum. I would use the old card about "far-left extremist", but then I remembered the fact that the left can't meme.
Their next target is 4chan, which although is said to harbour weird people and situations, it's really missing the whole point of the imageboard: a place where people can post whatever they want, anonymously, without Orwellian surveillance and targeting. Simple as. You can't condemn a whole platform because you despise a percentage of the users, however big or small - or can you?
But they don't even focus only on that; the authors also drive their arrows on mainstream social media, such as Facebook, Instagram and various messaging applications.
The next two pages are their attempts to "propose" certain "actions", in order to "prevent and counter FRE", which to sum up is a set of directives, in order to "combat violent people" (indirect quote).
Up until the sixteenth page, we get links for "further reading" (as if), before a set of links regarding the EU appears.
Our statement will be brief: all in all, we are dealing with two people (and the rest of the team of RAN) who are trying very hard to convince people around the Union that the younger generations are "in danger" because of memes. Our duty is to sadly remind people that 1) You are not supposed to believe everything written on the internet, 2) You are not supposed to take anything (or everything) written on the internet personally, 3) Memes are memes, there is nothing hidden behind them, no malicious forces, no extremists, no terrorists, nobody. They are the moving force of the internet, in this modern world of speedy information, entanglement of misinformation, as well as rapid alternation of events.
Ask yourselves: why are people who think (((they))) are behind everything bad and evil seen as "naïve people with lower intelligence", but people who think /they/ are behind the spread of modern ironic, post-ironic, nihilistic, absurd memes, occasionally referring to events that trigger certain portions of the political spectrum as "those who will defend and save the young and defenseless from the (far-right) extremists"?
After contacting the website's administrator, the Entertainment Service of Græcia (working title) is proudly announcing the re-distribution of Stonetoss comics on Twitter in South Ruthenian, our first constructed language! As far as we and Stone are concerned, this will be the first time the comics are re-issued in a conlang, which is a major breakthrough, considering the popularity of this work! We are currently working with the National Hermodicean Academy of Linguistics of Græcia, in order to produce the finest and most faithful content, respecting both the original author of the comics, as well as the creators of the South Ruthene conlang, not to mention its target audience, the people of the bourough of Čěrneś.

There are a total of 18 obligatory holidays in Græcia:
Apart from those, there are also regional optional holidays, 6 for Hellas-based boroughs and another 6 for the Croatian-based borough:
-Individuals are not allowed to pick more than 3 regional holidays to celebrate.
-Individuals are obliged to pick regional holidays from their macronation of residence, work-base, origin and/or fiscal activity. For example, a citizen of a Hellas-based borough who comes from or has any connection with ABVM/UBDM (Croatia-based borough) is allowed to choose 3 from all the regional celebrations, whereas a citizen of ABVM/UBDM who has no kind of connection with Hellas-based boroughs is unable to choose regional celebrations from that area.
-The holidays an individual chooses on year X are under no circumstances binding for the following years.
War is part of mankind for the better part of the past 7,000 or so years. It's mainly what has defined (and still is defining) country borders, detailed extent of government power, sometimes occupation, etc.
War is also responsible for the death of millions of people; both combatant and non-combatant (men, women, boys, girls; of any age, religion, culture, ethnicity, level of wealth, etc.). It's a cruel situation, sometimes everlasting; for instance, war zones in the Middle East that have no closure since the past century - a century that was the last 100-year part of the previous millenium...
The Governorate of Græcia refuses to treat specific groups of victims (with, let's say, a common trait) as the sole victims of any war; it is our collective duty to show respect to each and every victim's memory, regardless of their "social affiliations". That's why the Senate has unanimously decided the addition of two optional holidays, one commemorating the memory of World War I victims, and one commemorating the memory of World War II victims.
The former will be celebrated on the 11th of Cold month (November), the day the 1918 armistice between the Allies and Germany; the latter will be celebrated on the 2nd of Vynour (September), the day the Empire of Japan surrendered to the Allies, thus formally ending the World War II.
His Excellency The Governor decided to make the celebrations optional, because in his words:
"Although collective memory is a most noble pursuit, so is progress; our duty is to both honour the past and, through that, sail towards our future. To achieve this, though, it is of utmost importance to leave an open option for the people. By pushing them to do things a certain way, we achieve nothing; we are pushing them away, rather than attracting their attention".
For each celebration, there will be a special commemorative ribbon:

"It is impossible to honour the victims of every war; even those regarding our small micronationa, as Hellas-based boroughs have been subjected to numerous wars since the antiquity - for instance, the Peloponnesian War, the Greco-Persian Wars, wars during Roman and Eastern Roman/Byzantine era, sieges of Asian conquerors, the Hellenic Uprising, civil wars, Balkan Wars, World Wars, post-WWII civil war... Whereas our Croatia-based borough has been subjected to other wars, possibly even before the Roman era, but surely during the Hungarian Civic Revolution and War of Independence of 1848–1849, the two World Wars, the post-WWII Chetnik-Partisan conflicts, as well as the more recent Yugoslav Wars... Therefore, we as a government focus on the larger events that shaped our world; the two World Wars. After all, individuals are free to remember their losses, without turning them into public events".
Hellas has been populated since 7000 BC, when Neolithic agricultural societies were established. This era lasted until around 3200-3100 BC, when the first Hellenic civilisations began developing (Cycladic, Minoan, Helladic). This was the beginning of the Bronze Age of Ancient Hellas, that lasted until the rise and fall of the Mycenæan civilisation, between 1600 and 1100 BC. Then, follows the Dark Age, also known as Iron or Homeric, until around 800 BC, when the Archaic period began. This one lasted again 300 years, until 500 BC, when the Classical era began, an era that only lasted for 80 years. From 420 to 146 BC, this period is called Hellenistic, the last period of Hellenic rulers, before the Roman takeover, from 146 BC to 324 AD. The rest is less popular in the West, yet more recent: 324 to 1453 AD, Byzantine Hellas. 1204 to 1797 AD Frankish/Latin Hellas. 1453 to 1830 AD, Hellas under Ottoman rule. And from that point, the Hellenic State, the First and Second Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Hellas, the 7-year-long dictatorship (1967-1974 AD), and then, the current state recognised by the UN, EU, etc. - the Third Hellenic Republic.
The history of Hellas is undisputedly rich. Græcia is really a small part, even the ancient areas named Græcia, in present-day Hellas and Italy. A rocky land with a vast number of islands, a land of myths, scientists, prodigies, philosophers, generals, athletes, kings and emperors; a land of fighters, a land of unity and hatred blended in society and politics, a land with long phases of polarisation, civil wars, heroes and traitors, politicians of any kind.
Given the length of the Hellenic history, anyone trying to erase it would undoubtedly be out of his/her mind; you just can't. There is though a part that is still under discussion and we as a government felt the need to address; the most recent state, the so-called Third Hellenic Republic. Formed in 1974, after the fall of Ioannidis' dictatorship and the Turkish invasion of Cyprus, which has divided the island up to this day, a referendum was called shortly after, to determin the head of state; a ceremonial monarch, the King of Hellas, or a ceremonial president of the republic.
The result was in favour of the president, although it is highly disputed up to this day. Therefore, the Glücksburg royal house are monarchs-in-exile, currently lead by Constantine II Glücksburg or Constantine XIII of Hellas. In 2020 AD, a woman was appointed for the first time as President of Hellas, sparkling a lot of talk. People's fears have been realised since then; this woman is not suitable for this position. She has been continuously altering symbolic, yet significant acts, regarding the flag, the national anthem, as well as her personal behaviour in the new year's liturgy - a cherry on top; the refusal to have the national anthem of Hellas played during her arrival at the Athens Metropolitan Cathedral. Moreover, she refused to bow before the icons (given the SARS-CoV situation), although she is a self-described Orthodox Christian believer.
As a result, through her numerous acts of defying national symbols of Hellas, the microstate of Græcia was the first to react on the 3rd of January, 2021 AD (12:26 local time - UTC+1): we no longer recognise the Third Hellenic Republic. Furthermore, we openly dispute the 1974 referendum and consider the King of Hellas the legitimate head of state of Hellas. Therefore, every politician acting as president of the republic between 1974 AD and today, are no longer considered elected officials. They are mere members of the political system.
The Government of Græcia was really happy to see one of its allies following up with their own announcement, regarding the same matter (13:13 UTC+1, 14:13 local time - UTC+2). Through their Imperial Tribune, we learned that yet another Hellenic micronation also reacted the same way, regarding the actions of the president.
His Excellency, The Governor Quintus De Vitaliis commented that he hopes to set in motion other Hellenic micronations, in order to obtain a common directive line, regarding the recognition status of Hellas.
